I’m Samuel. By now you probably know that I create digital journeys and strategies focused on conversion. What you might not know yet is how this process actually happens in practice.

Understanding means observing and measuring real user behavior: where people click, pause, or drop off. These signals reveal far more than opinions. From them, I identify frictions, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Based on this insight, I structure clearer, more natural journeys oriented toward conversion.

With this understanding, I design the experience. I adjust content, design, and communication so each step of the journey makes sense for the person on the other side. The goal is simple: make the path so clear that moving forward becomes the most natural choice.
